Team Dempsey was forced to fight from behind all game and eventually stood at the top of the podium with a gritty 50-47 win over upset determined Donkeys in our Spring Championship game.

The Donkeys used a barrage of three pointers mid way through the first half to jump ahead leading by 9 at one point. A last second shot in the half gave them a 23-21 advantage at intermission.

The second half went back and forth the whole way through, but a couple of big three pointers and clutch free throws by Dempsey allowed them to hang on to a nail biting victory by three.
